From the initial design consultation to completion the customer service has been spot on, having now successfully completed two-bathroom projects with Flitwick and Ampthill Bathrooms.

James from F&A was very helpful in understanding the customer requirements with the added ability to advise on quality products and ranges on the current market, offering an attentive, approachable and pragmatic service. James’s added ability to negotiate with suppliers for good deals and research on products whilst keeping me updated.  For me, this was important in achieving excellent results.
